Potato roasty

- Potatoes (2)
- Sunflower oil (a lot)
- Salt (1 Pinch)
- Pepper (1 pinch)
Optional:
- Cumin (1 tsp)
- Smoked Paprika (1 tsp)
- Garlic (1 pressed clove)
- Vegan cheese (~4 thin slices)

Instructions

1. Peel and grate the potatoes (do not wash them after you grated them). Add salt, pepper, garlic and cumin.
2. Put 3mm cm of sunflower oil in a hot frying pan.
3. Put the grated potato in the pan and pack it homogenously at the bottom of the pan.
4. Let cook for 8-10 minutes and flip it (good luck ^^).
5. Let cook for 8-10 minutes then flip.
6. Cover it all and let cook 5 more minutes.

Notes

- If you want to put cheese in it: put a first thin layer of potato, then the cheese, then a second layer of potato between to layers of grated potatoes.
