Pancakes
Ingredients
- Wheat flour (500 g) - Backing powder (1 dose) - Apple juice (1/2 L) - Sunflower oil (2 Tbs) Optional: - Alcohol (Rum or Grand Marnier) - All you can put on pancakes: (Chocolate, maple syrup, banana, sugar, jam)
Instructions
1. Mix the flour and the backing powder. 2. Add apple juice until consistency. (The thicker is the paste, the thicker the pancakes will be and the longer they will need to cook) 3. Add the alcohol. 4. Take a frying pan and wipe it with kitchen paper dipped in sunflower oil. 5. Pre-heat the frying pan (medium fire). 6. Poor a ladle of paste in the pan. 7. When you can see holes on all the pan cake surface and the paste is no more liquid, turn the pancake upside down.
Notes
- Depending on the amount of apple juice you use, you can obtain some thick pancakes or thin crepes. You can put some banana pieces in the paste in the pan to cook it in the pancakes … delicious ^^. Back
