Caramel seitan

Ingredients

- Seitan (300 g)
- Minced Onion (2)
- Fresh ginger (1 Tsp)
Caramel sauce: - Unrefined sugar (2 Tbs)
- Agave syrup (4 Tbs)
- Soya or tamari sauce (2 Tbs)
- Lemon (1 Tbs)
Topping:
- Sesame seeds
- Lime
- Coriander

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients for the caramel sauce in a bowl.
2. Stir fry the onions and fresh ginger with olive oil.
3. Add the seitan.
4. When the seitan begins to golden, add the caramel sauce.
5. Continue to cook on low heat until the consistency is right.
For the service:
1. Serve the seitan over rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds, add a lime wedge and a few coriander leaves.
