Broad beans guacamole
Ingredients
- Frozen Peeled Broad Beans (200 g) - Tomatoes (1-2) - Onions (1) - Fresh coriander (25 g) - Lemon Juice (2 Tbs) - Olive oil (1 Tbs) - Salt (1 tsp)
Instructions
1. De-froze the broad beans in a microwave. Blend them with olive oil. 2. Cut the onion in little dice and let them marinate in lemon juice for 15-30 minutes. 3. Cut the tomatoes in little dice. 4. Put everything and mix in a big bowl.
