- Vegetable Nems (4)
- Rice or Shirataki Konjac Noodle (80 g)
- Soy Sprout (80 g)
- Lettuce (60g)
- Onions (1)
- Peanuts (20 g)
- Mushrooms (40 g)
- Soy sauce (1 tsp)
- Sweet Chili Sauce (1 Tbs)

Instructions

1. Wash and cut the lettuce in strips and grind the peanuts.
2. Fry the onions, mushrooms and add the soy sprout at the end to warm them. Fry the nems separately.
3. Cook the noodles.
4. Put everything together in a bowl the sauce of your choice.
